Before Meeting with a Landscape Professional

A neighbourhood resident who is a landscaping professional may volunteer to help out with the garden layout.  Complete the steps below before your meeting so you are ready to have an effective discussion..

1.   Names of garden team members with email address.


2.   Survey of the land we are going to use (paper and digital).


3.  Copy of the legal property description (paper and digital)  (If you do not have access to this measure the exact dimensions of the land  area being used can be substituted for garden layout purposes.)


4.   Possible dates and times to meet with the volunteer landscape advisor.

5.   List what makes our garden site unique.


6.   Ways we plan on getting the word out about the gardening space.

7.   List how the land site will be used, evolve, and engage the surrounding community:
